Whether you need full time care or just a couple of hours to yourself each day, we can provide you with childcare hours that suit your family’s individual needs.
Fees below take effect from January 2017.

We accept childcare vouchers, tax credits and 2, 3 and 4 year funding (15 and 30 hours)
We also offer a ‘school day’ from £45.00
Children that attend the nursery full time (5 full days per week) are entitled to a 10% discount from their monthly invoice *exclusions apply*
Siblings are entitled to a 10% discount from their monthly invoice.
Apple Tree Day Nursery is open from 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday throughout the year, excluding Bank Holidays. We also offer an optional ‘Early Bird’ session where the nursery is opened at 7.30am and a ‘late collection’ where the nursery closes at 6.30pm. Flexible arrival and departure times can be arranged to suit individual needs.
Our morning session runs from 0800-13:00 and includes mid-morning snack and a two-course lunch. The afternoon session runs from 13:00-1800 and includes afternoon snack and a two-course tea.
For children attending term-time only sessions funded by the Early Years Entitlement, ‘additional services’ costs will be applicable depending on the session attended.
Additional hours above funded sessions will be charged at the hourly rate. We accept credit/debit card, online bank transfer, cash and various childcare vouchers. (Operated by your employer)
Government funding for two, three and four year old children can be used at Apple Tree.
Your child is entitled to the funding Early Years Entitlement grant (EYE) the term after their third birthday. Their birthday must fall before the cut-off date in order to receive the funding the following term. These dates are:
- 31st August for the September – December term
- 31st December for the January – April term
- 31st March for the May – August term
Each child is entitled to a total of 15 funded hours per week. For further information please contact the Nursery Manager.

The Nursery Manager will provide you with a ‘Early Years Entitlement Form’ that you will need to complete.
